• Developmental or support needs

• Behavioral or safety considerations

• Supporting the safety and wellbeing of participants

• Communicating with families about programming

All information provided by families is treated as confidential and will not be shared outside the program except when required for safety, legal obligations, or emergency medical care.

Media & Photography Policy​
 

Photos or videos may occasionally be taken during program activities for the purpose of:

• Sharing program experiences with families

• Celebrating participant achievements

• Promoting community programming through our website or social media

Media may include activities such as:

• Outdoor play

• Skill building activities

• Community outings

• Creative or recreational programming

We strive to capture positive moments of participation while protecting each child’s dignity and privacy.

Media Consent

Families will be given the opportunity to indicate their preference regarding media use.

Options may include:

• Permission for internal use only (shared privately with families)

• Permission for promotional use (website or social media)

• No media use​

If consent is not provided, we will ensure that the participant is not photographed or included in shared media whenever possible.

No identifying personal information will ever be shared publicly alongside participant images.
