Terms & Conditions
These policies exist to protect the calm, safety, and sustainability of the program for all families and participants.
While we strive to provide clear communication and as much notice as possible, we reserve the right to amend or update policies where necessary to protect the wellbeing, safety, and operation of the program.
Participation in our services indicates agreement with the following terms.
Code of Conduct & Safety Expectations
To maintain a safe and supportive environment for all participants:

Physical aggression that creates a significant safety risk may require immediate parent pickup.

Children must remain within program supervision boundaries at all times.

Staff use regulation-first and support-based approaches before behavioral consequences.

Families must provide accurate medical, behavioral, and safety information during registration.
Our priority is always:

Dignity and respect for every participant

all employees hold certifications that are current and valid at the time of work.
Late Pickup Policy

The safety and supervision of all participants is our priority.
Families are expected to pick up their child promptly at the scheduled end time.

A 10-minute grace period is provided.

After this time, a $20 late fee will apply.

An additional $5 will be charged for every 10 minutes thereafter.(unless otherwise discussed with management)
Late fees must be paid prior to the participant attending the next program day.
This policy supports staff boundaries and ensures safe supervision for all children.
Funding & Reimbursement Disclaimer
Receipts may be provided for reimbursement through:

Autism Funding (AFU)
-
Jordan’s Principle (JFE)
-
Other eligible funding programs
However:

Funding approval and reimbursement management remain the responsibility of the family.

Full payment is required to secure a participant’s space in the program, regardless of reimbursement timelines.
Outdoor & Weather Policy
Outdoor play and nature-based activities are an important part of our program. Families are responsible for providing:

Weather-appropriate clothing

Outdoor footwear
-
Sun protection when necessary

Programming may be adapted depending on:

Weather conditions
-
Heat levels
-
Air quality
-
Safety considerations
When available, indoor recreation Centre spaces may be used as alternatives.
