What This Program Is A low-pressure social space designed for neurodivergent teens to build confidence, identity, and meaningful friendships through shared experiences and guided connection. 💛 Why This Space Exists Many teens don’t struggle because they don’t want connection they struggle because there aren’t spaces designed for how they experience the world. Traditional programs can feel overwhelming, performative, or unsupported and its easier to - Stay home - Stay on screens - Stay disconnected 🌿 What We Offer Instead A safe, low-pressure space where teens can: Show up exactly as they are Engage at their own pace Build connection naturally Feel supported without pressure ✨ The Outcome Less isolation. More confidence. Real connection. And a place they actually want to come back to. Core Skills Developed • Social confidence: starting conversations, joining groups • Identity development: self-expression, confidence in individuality • Emotional awareness: navigating friendships and social situations • Real-life social skills: group dynamics and connection Session Structure Chill Arrival (30 min): music, snacks, low-pressure entry Shared Activity (30 min): games, creative or group activities Organic Hangout (30 min): natural connection and conversation Optional Discussion Moments: light, real-life conversations, special Interest sharing
